Deadlock Is Finally Broken

Yesterday, Arsenal finally found the back of the net after having to draw scoreless on 4 different occasions in the Barclays Premier League. And I think the fact that Arsenal went on to win comfortably (1-3) against West Bromwich Albion away will be very relieving to all Arsenal fans around. I also hope this feat lasts. We just have to catch up with the fourth place team, Aston Villa and have to stay away from fifth place Everton! Lol.

Anyway, I actually have no idea that Arsenal played last night! Lol! And I was suprised went I logged onto Eurosport UK and found out that Arsenal played and WON!

Arsene Wenger did a really suprising change in the line up for this match actually. He benched Robin van Persie and partnered Nicklas Bendtner with Andrey Arshavin upfront. And the combination paid off as early as in the the 4th minute when Bendtner scored. However, the game was leveled 3 minutes later. But, Arsenal who definately did not want to drop any further points ensured that the game was sealed by half time. Kolo Toure regain the lead in the 37th minute through a header. It was from a beautiful freekick from Andrey Arshavin! Yay!

And just before half time, Bendtner doubled Arsenal's lead with his second of the night. And the scoreline stayed that way till the end of the match.
